These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fbazee ("fbazee", "we", "us", "the Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, games, and features available on the fbazee website and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the fbazee Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by every provision of this Agreement. To register and use the fbazee Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or any other legal structure.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming and sports betting.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and are not a professional player acting under instruction from a third party.
• You have not previously had an fbazee account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of fbazee or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. fbazee reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement — to verify your identity, age, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may delay or prevent the processing of pending withdrawals.

fbazee may in its absolute discretion decline any application for registration without being required to state a reason. Registration of an account does not guarantee ongoing access to any particular game, product, or promotional offer.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbazee login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share, disclose, or transfer access to your account to any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions, bets, and actions taken from your account — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility unless you have previously notified fbazee of a security breach in writing. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fbazee immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

fbazee employs bank-grade SSL encryption across all pages, payment flows, and data transmissions. However, the Platform cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your own devices, passwords, or account credentials.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fbazee currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time at fbazee's discretion. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however fbazee may apply account-level deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming controls or as a result of a player's own request. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. fbazee aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts using mobile banking methods including bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. fbazee reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method registered in your own name.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. fbazee may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Account balances will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

fbazee offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is made available.

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all fbazee offers:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per offer) before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated bonus validity period. Unexpired bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited at expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• fbazee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if it has been awarded in error or if abuse is detected.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

fbazee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed using erroneous odds, and bets placed in circumstances where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect foul play or match-fixing.

5.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the relevant product page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and Conditions and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules will prevail for matters directly relating to that sport. Cricket betting covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures is subject to our dedicated cricket betting rules.

5.3 Casino & Live Games

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, poker), and crash games such as Aviator — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the provider's certified random number generator. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be deemed void and any wagers for that round will be fully refunded to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbazee platform. Violation of any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Operating more than one registered account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the Platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any competitive format on the Platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or accepting payment from a third party to influence bet placement.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fbazee staff or other players via the live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other player accounts, or the underlying server infrastructure.

fbazee cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh and internationally. Any activity on the Platform that is suspected to constitute a criminal offence will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on the fbazee platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of fbazee or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of fbazee.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. fbazee holds valid licences to distribute this content to players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbazee's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Service — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fbazee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fbazee does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and circumstances beyond fbazee's reasonable control — including internet service provider failures, power outages, and natural disasters — shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

fbazee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and ongoing account use — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming history — is used to operate the Service, fulfil regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the player experience. fbazee does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
